General conditions of sale of products sold on the site www.zeen.be

Article 1: object

These conditions govern sales by the company ZENYT SPRL, Belgium  Rue de l'Autonomie 26, 1070 Anderlecht., leather goods and handbags.

 

Article 2 – Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including VAT, unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs. For delivery and return conditions and costs, please see our Delivery and Returns page.

In the event of an order to a country other than Belgium, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the company ZENYT SPRL. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities. 

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.

ZENYT SPRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability. 

The products remain the property of ZENYT SPRL  until full payment of the price.  

Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you. 

 

Article 3 - Customer Account

In order to place an order on the www.zeen.be website, you will be asked to create a secure customer account and provide certain personal information for the processing of your order. You will then need to create a valid user name and password on the www.zeen.be website. No additional registration will be required.

The username and password will allow you to access or modify your personal information, view your orders and their status as well as your potential returns and refunds. They also provide you with the possibility of revoking or extending your consent with regard to the processing applicable to your data.

You are required to keep your credentials secure to prevent their loss, and no third party is authorized to access them. ZENYT SPRL must be informed immediately by e-mail of the loss of your password. ZENYT SPRL will then refuse access to your account to anyone wishing to connect to it. Access will only be restored on your personal and signed request. Any other registration in your name will remain in effect. If a third party has accessed your user name or password due to negligence, you will be considered fully responsible for all orders made up to the time of notification of the loss.

You are required to provide accurate information when registering. If incorrect information concerning your identity, your address or your e-mail has been transmitted to us, the company ZENYT SPRL is entitled to terminate your registration.

You must ensure that the email account you specified is reachable and possible to receive emails (i.e. its email account is not inactive, full or subject to a message transfer). The inaccuracy of the information you have provided to us will be presumed if a message does not reach you and is sent twice to  ZENYT SPRL, or if the product could not be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Article 4 – Orders

You can place an order on the website www.zeen.be

The contractual information is presented in French or English and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.  

ZENYT SPRL reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.

Article 5 – Validation of your order

Any order appearing on the website www.zeen.be implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.  

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. 

You declare to have full knowledge of it.  

The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.  

A summary of the information of your order will be communicated to you via the e-mail address confirming your order.

Article 6 – Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.  

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card, PayPal account or bank transfer using the SSL SECURE SHOPPING secure system.

The card is debited only when the order is dispatched.

 

Article 7 – Returns

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. 

The return costs are your responsibility in the event of withdrawal. In the event of a return under the guarantee, please consult our delivery and return conditions.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company ZENYT SPRL will reimburse the sums paid by bank transfer, within 14 days of the validation of your request by our customer service.

Article 8 – Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the sitewww.zeen.be without mention “Sold out” and within the limit of available stocks.

In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.  

 

Article 9 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page. 

In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.   

In the event of delivery by a carrier, the company ZENYT SPRL cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals. 

ZENYT SPRL declines all responsibility for late delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including for example in the event of a total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport).

Article 10 – Guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. For more information, please see our return conditions.

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to our customer service at contact@zeen.be, within 15 days of delivery.  

The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). The shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the price invoiced and the return costs will be reimbursed to you on presentation of the supporting documents. The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the non-compliant product.

 

Article 11 – Liability

The products offered comply with the Belgian legislation in force. ZENYT SPRL cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order. 

Furthermore, ZENYT SPRL cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. 

Finally, ZENYT SPRL cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. 

 

Article 12 – Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction. 

 

Article 13 – Intellectual property

All elements of the www.zeen.be website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZENYT SPRL. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound. Any single or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of ZENYT SPRL.

 

Article 14 – Personal data

ZENYT SPRL reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as the improvement of the services and information that we send you.  

They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.  

This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Article 15 – Archiving Proof

ZENYT SPRL will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy. 

The computerized registers of ZENYT SPRL will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
